Our fair congresswoman wants to know, "How would you rate President Obama's first state of the union address?" (Watch it again if you need to.) Here are the numbers as of this post.
Interestingly, the question is very ambiguous. What are we rating? His delivery? The content? The number of standing ovations and applause outbursts? The butt chewings?I don't see a feedback form for president Obama's performance at the House Republicans retreat.
