But I'm Not A Triathlete

Yesterday was a beautiful day for riding to work. Clear skies, little wind, a cool morning and a bright afternoon. Heck, my lunchtime run was so nice I stretched it out from 3 to 4.5 miles.

And now this morning I must swim to work.
