Very cool. I could have used you when I got a ticket a few months back. Except that I did do the stupid illegal u-turn. Which I never do, by the way. The worst part was not getting caught... I'm fine with that. The worst was that I'd done it badly. Pretty much made a three-point turn out of it. Argh!
Maybe the car already parked through one payment cycle? Don't you have to move your car after you run through the meter limit?
You do, John. I just realized that one thing I'm not being clear about here is that I just took a photo of the note on the windshield. I didn't write the note.
