Instead of going for a run I went for a walk with the camera.
A bench.
The Spokane Law Enforcement Museum has to be the most unwelcoming place in downtown Spokane. No backpacks allowed. No exceptions. No public restroom. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone! And you are under video surveillance. The only sign they don't have is the one required by state law that says there's no smoking within 25 feet of the door. What's up with that? Heck, they're only open one day a week--Tuesdays from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm. I wonder if anyone bothers to stop by.
My guess is the cardboard serves as insulation for a bed down.

I'll bet a good sum that licensed guns are allowed.
That's a winning bet. :-)
